Job Description

We are hiring ! One of our top clients in the banking industry is expanding and they are looking for a Senior PMO.

Responsibilities:

Tracking and verification of Portfolio CAPEX accounts (forecasting and budgets)

Ensuring portfolio remains within the annual budget

Portfolio yearly budget estimations management, challenge, and preparation working with

IT and Business Stakeholders

Preparing the financial month-end submissions (accruals depreciation etc)

Overseeing the Opex monthly budgeting and forecasting process

 

Project Methodology and standards

Implementation and enhancement of project governance controls and KRIs

Ensure all project methodology and related standards and procedures are actively being

followed and tracked.

Monitoring and control of project gates and ensuring proper use of the methodology.

 

Project Portfolio reporting:

Provide accurate and frequent reporting to business stakeholders as well as Deep Dive

Support when required

Project Portfolio follow-up, challenge and control (Planning, Scheduling, Change

Control, Project control)

PPS (Project Portfolio Steering) preparation and follow-up

Enhancement of the standard suit of MI reports across the portfolio

Ensure 100% data coherence between PMO SharePoint, AUGEO, Navision,

COUPA, PMO Portal

 

Resources Management:

Ensure all new joiners are equipped with the tools required for their tasks related to

Project Management (augeo access, pmo links, training materials) and organize training

sessions where required to talk them through the processes

Provide value add reporting on resource capacity status and prioritization needs.

 

Line Management :

Manage a small team of PMO resources to ensure all of the BAU activities within PMO

are performed within the required timeframes

Bachelor Degree
