Research and identify solutions to application L1/L2 issues
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem and initial analysis.
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Perform triage/critical analysis of change requests and defects raised
Prepare knowledge base documentation for issues raised by end-users
Experience :3- 6 yrs
Hands-on experience on Excel Reports, PowerPoint
Hands-on experience on SQL queries and working experience on Oracle Database
Excellent problem solving and Communication Skills
